30-Day Refund and Return Period
From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange. After this 30-day period, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items that are returned damaged, used, or missing parts (unless due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective due to our error. In such cases, Quebec Atlier will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return Your Order
To return your order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at support@quebec-atlier.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive return shipping instructions and a return address from our team.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided address.
4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@quebec-atlier.com. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and send your replacement item once we receive your original order.
