Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure and convenient payment options so checkout is simple and reliable. We accept major payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.
Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure efficient handling and delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us at Support@quebec-atlier.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, you can contact us and our team will assist you.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping offers may vary from time to time and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch within Canada.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you are based outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
How can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at Support@quebec-atlier.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes sizing information to help you choose the best fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you are unsure, feel free to email us and we will be happy to assist.
The size I want is out of stock — will it come back?
We regularly restock popular items. Contact us at Support@quebec-atlier.com and we will let you know if and when your preferred size is expected to return.
